What have we been given in Christ? 1 Cor. 15:51-52; Rev. 21:4; Gal. 3:13; Eph. 1:6-7; Rev. 22:1-5. What should these things mean to us? How should these promises impact every aspect of our existence?

Christ has done so much for us and and He has promised to do even more. We find in 1 Cor. 15:51-52 that we will receive glorious bodies at the resurrection. For those who will be alive when Jesus comes back they will be translated. This is an amazing promise that God has given us. In Revelation 21:4 we see that God will wipe away our every tear. Everything on this earth that causes us pain God will take away that pain. We can look forward to that time while we are here on this earth. In Eph 1:6-7 we see that we are forgiven, and accepted in the beloved. God has done something marvelous for us in providing for us redemption. He died the death that we deserved so what we could experience the life that only He deserved. Finally in rev 22:1-5 God is going to grant us a new home and we will be able to live with Him forever!

After all that Christ has done for you, can you not exercise enough faith and give back to Him a mere pittance of what you've been given?

When we think about how much that God has done for us and how much he has promised us tithing to him is such a small thing. What we give back to Him is simply a portion of what He has already given to us. May we be faithful in the little.
