Read Mark 5:18–20; Acts 22:15-16; and 1 John 1:3. What common and important point is being made by all these texts?

In all of these passage the individual is being told to share what they have seen and heard. The individuals had an encounter with Jesus that changed their lives and then they were to share that with someone else. We are to bear witness to what Jesus has done for us.

When was the last time you had a chance to witness to someone about what Christ has done for you? What did you say? What was the reaction? How has Christ changed your life? What is there in your life that would make someone want to learn more about Jesus?

Yesterday I had the opportunity to witness about exercising. When I shared with the person a spark went off in their eyes and they asked me to pray for them. It felt good sharing with them. I would hope people would see Jesus in me and want to know more about my faith.
