GLOBAL MISSION: Church Planting in Pakistan
Lahore, Pakistan's second largest city, is a swarming metropolis of some 10 million people. Yet only 5,000 Christian families live there. Earlier this year an evangelistic team spent weeks canvassing the city and inviting people to come to a week-long rooftop series of meetings. Every night 300 to 400 people gathered to hear the gospel preached. Special presentations on health and lifestyle issues drew people in each night. At the close of every meeting Pastor Younis Noor Bhatti, the main speaker, held a special season of prayer for the sick in the community. Click here to read more |
