All all meaningful goads for our bible-focused Series with our Evangelist Myckal Morehouse. Starting March 27 and continuing nightly (except Mon. and Thur.), we will learn together, pray together, welcome together everyone who comes to participate in this special series.
The Revelation of Hope focus will start at 7 pm and give a positive view of many bible topics which can bless those who have heard the word and those who have not . Fliers describing the meeting are available. Invite friends and relatives who can join you in learning to know God Better.
Paul Harvey, Asleep in Christ
On Saturday, February 28, 2009, Paul Harvey died at age 90 in Phoenix, Arizona. A spokesman for ABC Radio Network said he died in his winter home surrounded by family. I've heard it said by some that he was the "most trusted person in America."According to www.adherents.com, Paul Harvey was baptized into the Seventh-day Adventist church around the year 2000 and regularly attended the Camelback Seventh-day Adventist church in Arizona.
It's been said that he oftentimes quoted from Ellen White on his radio broadcast even before he became an Adventist. Harvey stated: "Ellen White: You don’t know her? Get to know her!”
He will be missed.
